Registration and more detailed conference information are available online at www.mnasq.org On site registration is also available. Pre-registration is required for full day workshops. Attendees who have not pre-registered may not receive printed materials.

The Minnesota Quality Conference will feature two exhibitors in special showcase presentations during the morning and afternoon of Monday, October 15, 2007. For more information about the showcase presentations, please see the conference website: www.mnasq.org

daily conference schedule

Conference hours are: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday and Tuesday. Monday Keynote Presentation begins promptly at 8:15 AM. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the Keynote Presentation. Tuesday workshops will begin promptly at 8:00 AM. Complete conference schedule is available at www.mnasq.org

conference sessions and workshops

The conference registration fee includes admission to all presentations, on-site conference materials, session proceedings on CD-ROM, exposition, breaks, and lunches.

The workshop registration fee includes admission to the pre-registered workshop, breaks, lunch, workshop materials, and session proceedings on CD-ROM.

confirmation and cancellations

Registration confirmations will be emailed upon receipt of payment to individuals who register by Thursday, October 11, 2007.

Cancellations must be received in writing on or before October 1, 2007. A $100 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations received after October 1, 2007 will not be honored. Refunds will be processed after October 30, 2007.

1.0 RU will be offered per conference attendance day. Retain your program, name badge, and confirmation letter as proof of attendance.
