Full conference registration fee includes admission to all presentations, on-site conference materials, proceedings on CD ROM, exposition, breaks, and lunch on day(s) registered.
:: Confirmation and cancellations
Registration confirmations will be emailed upon receipt of payment to individuals who register by March 14, 2008. Cancellations must be received in writing on or before March 1, 2008. A $100.00 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations received after March 1, 2008 will not be honored. Refunds will be processed after March 30, 2008.

1.0 RU will be offered per conference attendance day. Retain you program, name badge, and confirmation letter as proof of your attendance.
