Stephen Shaner – Luncheon Presenter

Choosing A Quality Attitude

Having the right attitude is one of the most important assets a company can foster to build and maintain important relationships. Individual attitudes can make or break a team. Negative attitudes make it nearly impossible for concepts or visions to be realized.

In this session, we will focus on what individuals can do to aid their companies in achieving their vision, mission and goals by understanding attitude.

First, as individuals, we must realize where our attitudes, good or bad, come from. Once we understand this fundamental concept, the pathway to gaining an attitude that empowers us and those around us becomes possible. Then the fun truly begins.

Next, we can learn to change our vocabulary to support this new Quality Attitude. Using the right words at the right time can have a profound impact on us, our co-workers, our clients or customers, and our global friends.

Finally, we learn that quality service is more easily achieved because of a positive shift in attitude. Having a disempowering attitude at the moment of giving service can be disastrous. We can do simple things to ensure that we are always using the right attitude when giving service.

Quality in a Global World begins with the individual. You are a key element in making this vision a reality. Your attitude speaks volumes to those with whom you work and serve...let it reflect the very best you have to offer.
